How Tiny Tea Helps Your Body?

Does TinyTea Help with Weight Loss?

Indirectly, TinyTea may assist you to shed excess weight simply by restoring your system to a point where it functions effectively.

Many of our customers report weight loss and some quite significantly so. From our perspective, achieving an optimum weight should come from an overall positive approach to health.

Our TinyTea helps the body to function properly - so carrying on its positive role within the body is extremely important to not only maintain an ideal weight, but to remain healthy internally and externally.

Here at Your Tea, we believe that striving for optimum health should be an important aspect of everyday life. We only have one body - so it is your prerogative to look after, nourish and replenish yours so it can carry you through this life safely, peacefully and with longevity.

How does TinyTea Provide Energy?

According to Dr. Nat - TinyTea ingredients work on replenishing the digestive system. The digestive system begins the process of creating blood, and blood is what gives us energy.

By encouraging the body to create stronger, more pure blood, you should directly feel energised.

TinyTea does not contain added caffeine, however it does contain a very small amount of naturally occurring caffeine in its white tea ingredient.

How does TinyTea Clear the Skin?

From a Chinese Medicine perspective, skin ailments such as acne, pimples, blackheads, rashes, eczema, psoriasis etc are all external indications of internal imbalances.

As our TinyTea clears out the body of imbalances, toxins and waste, you will often see your skin ailments clear up as a direct result of completing our Teatox.

Remember, if the body doesn't have anything to reject internally, it can't eject anything externally.

How does TinyTea Decrease Bloating?

According to Dr. Nat, the ingredients of TinyTea are designed to maximize digestion and gut functionality in your body.

From a TCM view point, we refer to the ‘gut’ as the spleen and stomach – and the relationship these two have with each other is what makes the magic of digestion happen. So the stomach is the ‘pit’ that the food arrives into and the spleen is like the organ that assimilates foods, draws out the essentials, sends the nutrients around the body to nourish and heal and the bad out to the bowel as waste. When this is all happening smoothly, the body is happy. It assists in keeping our weight in check too because if the bad is being sent out as waste, toxins can’t build up in our body.

When this system of the body isn’t working properly one of the things we can see is bloating or discomfort after eating.

Does TinyTea Contain Gluten?

Yes it does, therefore it should NOT be consumed by coeliacs. However, for some with gluten sensitivities, the TinyTea can actually help in reducing, alleviating and in some cases reversing symptoms associated with such issues. Please note - these are merely suggestions - so if you're severely gluten intolerant and are worried the tea won't help you, then refrain from purchasing.

Our ambassador Nat Kringoudis explains how TinyTea may help those with gluten/lactose/fructose intolerance:

"We need to open to another level in understanding the difference between food sensitivities, intolerances and then digestive illnesses like coeliacs. If we’ve been unkind to our bodies by way of poor nutrition and careless lifestyle or we haven’t looked after ourselves following an illness or times of stress, it’s good to understand that these events weaken our digestive ability. It’s a bit like a car. If we don’t care for it well and refuel with regular petrol, the performance of the car will be gravely compromised. Our digestive systems are much the same. The food and drink we consume can either nourish and heal or hinder and harm. So always bearing this in mind – we can start to nourish our bodies in such a way that they will benefit.

p>One sure way of knowing if your gut is sluggish is in the signs and symptoms it presents you with by way of craving, bloating, poor bowel movements, and weight gain. These are all key indicators that not only is your body not communicating with you, but that your digestion is in trouble. And by simply understanding these signs and nothing more, we can start to listen to our bodies better and begin the healing process. When our gut is compromised we see sensitivities arise because your gut can’t actually break down the food properly. Sensitivities might look like gas and bloating or burping and heartburn. Food intolerance is another level again. It tells us that the gut is even more so in trouble. You will know if you have intolerances as the symptoms are far greater, and may see you with symptoms like bowel troubles (like irritable bowel syndrome), allergies, skin troubles like eczema or overproduction of mucus. This is because your body aims to rid itself quickly of the food that is causing the problem. All symptoms tell me as a practitioner how to best treat the issue.

Once the gut is deficient, time and effort needs to be spent nursing it back to wellness. Fortunately Tiny Teatox works in a way that rebalances and replenishes the digestive system – which is why those with existing digestive troubles report improvement in symptoms like bloating and poor bowel motions, clearer skin and a heightened sense of energy. Since the gut is the pivot of your health, it makes sense that when we improve digestive ability, every corner of our body benefits – from clarity to complete bowel motions. All these things help us to feel fantastic.

Perhaps you’ve a more specific inherited diagnosis like coeliacs or severe allergies where the gut can’t properly break down foods like gluten or dairy, which causes a variety of symptoms most commonly pain and diarrhoea. Whilst our Tiny Teatox won’t heal such diseases, it may help with the digestive process meaning that those in these situations may notice great improvement when consuming the gentle supportive properties in Tiny Teatox. This is also because the ingredients in this blend completely support the gut – our teas aren’t a ‘clear out’ but quite the contrary, it’s all about replenishing! Improving your gut function is the key here."

What effect does TinyTea have on PMS?

For some of you, you may notice that your menstrual cycle should appear less painful and your flow should increase.

PMS should noticeably decrease also - how many are you are jumping for joy right now?!

Why? Once again, we go back to the fact that that TinyTea assists in increasing blood flow.

Nat Kringoudis, our Your Tea ambassador, explains this in detail.

"Each month, the female body is preparing for ovulation and if not fertilised, it then prepares to shed.

This process takes both blood and energy. When your body is lacking in both - this can often result in painful periods with a very short or light flow.

TinyTea will help nourish the body's blood in order to provide the body with well nourished blood.

Can TinyTea be Consumed during Breastfeeding?

Unfortunately, the answer is no.

TinyTeatox contains barley and for some, this will dry up breast milk.

However once breastfeeding is completed, you can start immediately on a TinyTeatox.

Can TinyTea be Taken During Pregnancy?

We recommend you to NOT take the TinyTea whilst pregnant purely because we believe in leaving health up to nature at this special point in time.

How Often Can TinyTea be Used?

Our TinyTea can be used up to 56 days in a row (2 x 28 day TinyTeatoxes).

We recommend to then go on a 2 week break to let your body fall into a rhythm of its own.

Following this, you can continue on.

However, you should find that your digestive system will be replenished by this point and you may not need to continue.

In this case, we recommend you to keep a 14 day TinyTea in your tea collection for those specific days when you're feeling a little bloated, sluggish or tired. One cup of TinyTea should help shake this off.

Does TinyTea Lead to Weight Gain?

This is literally up to YOU!

If you continue to fuel your body with healthy foods and a healthy lifestyle, then your body will reap the benefits of the tea for a long time to come.

However if you go out and acquaint yourself with the local candy store, well then you're reversing all the work the TinyTea achieved.

You must remember, when your body falls out of shape - there is a reason for it.

Whilst our TinyTeatox can help you to spring it back to shape, it can only help so far without you putting in an effort.

Does TinyTea Have the Same Effect on Everyone?

As no one body is the same, you should take note of your body whilst completing a TinyTeatox and adjust your intake accordingly.

Are you feeling too energetic from the tea? If so, just go down to 2 cups a day, and consume the last tea no later than 5pm.

Do you feel better drinking the tea before or after a meal? It is totally up to you as to when you choose to consume the tea. Some people prefer to consume it before meals, others consume it after meals. Both methods are equally as effective.

Making these decisions can be just the start of getting to know your body better.

Does TinyTea Have Any Side Effects?

When consumed as per instructions, TinyTea shouldn't give you any side effects.

As TinyTea works on replenishing and nourishing your digestive system, I may stir up some internal waste that doesn't need to be there.

As a result, you may experience minor skin breakouts or a mildly upset stomach for the first few days of the Teatox. This indicates that the tea is performing changes internally and after a few days you should start feeling the positive changes the tea promotes.

If your symptoms are out of the ordinary, please feel free to contact us on hello@yourtea.com and we are happy to assist you with further questions.

Alternately, if you have a reaction to the ingredients in TinyTeatox (very rare) and experience nausea, severe cramping or diarrhoea, then cease use immediately and consult your GP.

Does TinyTea Affect Contraception?

TinyTeatox won't affect your pill/implant.

However, in a rare case if you have an adverse reaction to our ingredients as stated above, then TinyTeatox can have an impact on the accuracy of the pill if taken within 4 hours of experiencing diarrhoea or vomiting (only in an event of an allergic reaction).

If you would like to be extra cautious, then we suggest the use of condoms for the 14 or 28 days during the consumption of Teatox.

Is Exercise Required During TinyTeatox?

You can maintain your normal exercise routine without doubt.

We strongly encourage physical activity on a daily basis not only whilst on our TinyTeatox, but also during the other days of your life.

How Old Does One Need to be to Drink TinyTea?

As TinyTea is a digestive aid tea and does not have a 'laxative effect', it is safe for people of any age. However for those 15 years of age and younger, we recommend discussing the use of TinyTea with your parents/guardian. We believe that making any decision about your health in your youth is something to be taken seriously and discussed in a mature environment.
